Break, Build, Change
Meet Ashley -
Ashley McCray is obsessed with breaking down barriers, building possibilities and changing the world by activating others. A problem solver from birth and an engineer by degree, she is determined to help individuals design their path to success.
As a Chemical Engineer and non – profit leader, Ashley leads multi-million dollar projects for a Fortune 500 company and consults for local businesses in her free time. When she’s not nerding out on CPG (consumer packaged goods) strategy, she’s immersed in her other passion – changing the face of STEM. Through public speaking Ashley hopes to inspire minorities (women and people of color) to explore a career in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). Ashley draws on her experiences – the highs and lows - to deliver a captivating message that inspires all. Ultimately, her goal is to motivate people to achieve their greatest potential.
Ashley holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Her professional experience spans operations, R&D, sales and marketing for General Mills, Dow Chemical Company, Boohoo.com and the University of Pittsburgh. She's currently a research & development engineer for General Mills.
Ashley has been the keynote speaker for Diversity Summits, Non-profit galas, and University Commencement Ceremonies. She utilizes your event's theme and her personal experiences to deliver a captivating message that inspires all.
Ashley has led small group and large group training across the country. Together you and Ashley will break down your business barriers, build new business possibilities, and change your success landscape
